The First Sunday in Lent

February 18 , 2018

WELCOME to St. John’s Lutheran Church!

We believe that it is our mission to bring the Word of God to those who do not know Jesus as their Savior, to build the faith of those who do, and to share the love of God with our community and the world.

If you have any concerns or suggestions, please speak with the Pastor or Elder on duty.

Prayer Thoughts for the Week

We remember those needing your hand of healing, especially for Bill, Hailey, Ted, Don, Hawkley, Betty, Gail, Dyanna, Nora, Shirley, Henry, Alta, Bob and Dorothy, Alison, Michelle, Karen, Ruby, Martha, Elizabeth, Bev and Mel. Give them your strength and hope for every tomorrow.

Lord God Heavenly Father, we pause to pray for those who do not have a relationship with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, or receive support from a family of believers within your Earthly Church. It is the cry of our heart that you would use us to bring love where there is hatred, pardon where there is injury, faith where there is doubt, hope where there is despair, light where there is darkness, and joy where there is sadness.
